Friday, December 28, 2007 ( korea @ 2:13 AM ) bro's bath time: 3.00 mins my bath time: 4.49 mins What is this lor! 3 minutes?? That's roughly my bro's normal speed(: my bro asked me to time his bathing time cause i told him he bathed very quickly, and so i decided to time mine too. Haha i managed a 4.49 but that is because i was rushing like nobody's business in the toilet HAHAHAH. One fine day i shall hit 3 minutes!! more pictures (:  We picked oranges straight from orange trees and ate them! It was quite a cool experience (=    tour guide: linda (:  There, mr nice guy Jin (:  GINSENG CHICKEN!!!!    See the hill behind me?   MY BRO AND I CONQUERED IT! YAYYYY (:  This is the view from the top...      The ski resort! To get an idea of how big it is, those ants like things are actually human beings. It was built on a hill(:  IT SNOWED THE PREVIOUS NIGHT!!! : D   This is my dad, when mummy and i were shopping...  Actually it felt weird taking that photo with my bro HAHA! (:      The apple's really sweet!  It was snowing!! Just a little bit(:    Nami Island, where Winter Sonata was shot(:  Kimchi Making!  Tea, anyone? (:  An ning haseyo!  mummy(: 0 comments ( trip @ 7:13 AM ) I wasn't happy to see some stuff, but I am not going to let these things affect me anymore. I'm going to be a strong girl from now on, with God's help of course :D With God, all things are possible(: On a lighter note, i just came back from Korea! Haha it has been a pretty fun experience- I got to go on a holiday with full attendance for my family, finally. (: Yay. Bought some stuffs too! Haha but we weren't given a lot of time for shopping this time round ): Nevertheless, my favourite shopping place was nam dae mun! (: haha the things there were relatively cheap and pretty(: haha. From Korea, we bought some clothes, jewellery, tidbits, accessories, and the oh-so-expensive Ginsengggg. The past year has been the tea season at my place because my mum always gave us tea, which we bought in china last year. I reckon 2008 will be the ginseng year! I thought the China trip was more tiring than this Korea one. The China trip was tiring due to the NUMEROUS longggg bus rides. And we have an itinery to follow after dinner as well. But for this korea trip, the bus rides are not as long, and we get to go back to the hotel after dinner:D I SAW SNOWWWWW! Just a weeeeeee bit though ): Argh. We didn't get to experience heavy snow cause of Global Warmingggggg. The tour guide said that had we gone to Korea this time last year, we would have experienced heavier snow! Korea's temp rose 5 degrees due to GW so we only got to experience baby snow. Hahaha. The snowflakes are so tiny they cant even be captured on camera!!! ): sobs. Ohwell! At least i got to experience a little bit of snow:D I saw snow along the roadsides too! It made us all excited hohoho:D I went skiing too! (: It was a pretty cool experience. Yay i can know the basics of skiing already! Haha but yes, it is only the basics:D Children tend to learn faster than the adults so go learn skiing when you're younger! (: My tour guide is Linda, and our photographer is Jin(: Jin is a v nice person, really. (: He is always the last to stop serving us when we are having our meals, as compared to the other tour guides. And, he helps us out with our luggage every single morning. As a photographer, he isn't obliged to do all these work, yet he never failed to help us:D He's a pretty quiet person because he feels that actions speaks louder than words. He feels that we tourists can see for ourselves the sincerity in his heart through his actions. Indeed, and I respect him for all these. :D Yay my family managed to take a picture with him before we left! Korea's nice, but expensive hahahah(: I got to know this 18months old baby called Weiyi. That family has FOUR children! *faints* Anyway! Weiyi's super adorable! Before he knows you he'll stare at you for awhile. After he knows you, you're like his best friend! :D At times i'd flash him WIDE smiles when i see him, and after 6-7 days he has learnt to smile in the way i do! :D He'll like stretch his lower jaw, awwww(: When people say, "Weiyi, box jiejie", he'll really box his sister(: In a cute way of course! He boxed me too yay hahaha. When people say, "Weiyi, xiao4 yi4 ge4!", he'll really smile! So cute:DD Haha this morning i left my hotel door open, and when he saw that that was my room, he'll walk in! Man, imagine this 18months old baby walking like a penguin into your room. *beams!* Hahahahah(: But his sister will carry him away hahaha(: And here's the most heart-wrenching part... When we were parting today, he kept walking towards us and waving his tiny little arms! At first we were wondering what he meant, and his sister said that it meant that he wanted us to go over! Aww ): We spent quite awhile walking towards and away from weiyi cause whenever we walked away he will start waving his arms again! then at one point he was a little angry(according to his sister haha) and he walked away): But in the end we still managed to say goodbye to cute little weiyi(= He's like this matured emotional little baby (: HAHAHA i was thinking about the baby on my way home. Presenting... Baby Weiyi!    I'll miss him ): Okay, I shall post up some pictures in a separate post! 0 comments |
